Throughout the various processing stages, beginning with the arrival of the raw coffee beans at the warehouses, the coffee beans are meticulously analyzed and classified.
To ensure supreme quality, the product undergoes various stages of classification, some of which are: humidity, density, cup tasting, bacteriology, chromatography and pH, amongst others.
The Decaffeination process adopts high technology in quality control, and follows the standards set by HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) as well as conforming to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
